An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently recruiting for a FMCG Curriculum Manager - (L & D experience).
This is a temporary role to start ASAP and expected to run for 6 months with the possibility of ongoing extension.
The location for the role will be based at either Unilevers prestigious site in Port Sunlight, Wirral or Kingston upon Thames, Surrey.
The salary for this position is paying between £240 and £270 per day Ltd depending on experience.

Enterprise and Technology Solutions (ETS) provide all professional services to Unilever and are critical in supporting Unilever in achieving its Compass strategy.
Main Purpose of RoleThe main purpose of the Curriculum Manager is to lead the building, deployment and ongoing development of the multi
*layered professional skills curriculum.
In this role you will build relationships across various ETS groups, manage service providers including learning providers, external consultants and professional institutions, and work with contacts in other Unilever functional academies, as well as the Global HR expertise team.
You will be responsible for delivering both mass market professional skills curriculum materials and initiatives, and in identifying and solving specific learning needs for specialist groups.
Measuring the Return on Investment is crucial, as you seek to prove the business case for learning.

*size learning programmes, blended virtual instructor led training programmes and instructor led training programmes Actively identify new ways of building skills through the introduction of new media approaches and social learning Actively develop external relationships to bring leading edge thinking to ETS skills development Provide support to other members of the ETS Academy team in deployment of capability building frameworks, set

Non hierarchal team so no direct reports.
The whole academy is 12 people based in Port Sunlight, Kingston and India.
You will have contact with internal groups and other functional academies and managing third party supplier relationship.
Responding to specific learning requests from a group or individuals within ETS.
Must be used to conducting projects on learning needs and working with a business to understand performance gaps and issues.
Work through various scenarios for learning needs.
The current Curriculum Manager is working on a bit size learning programme which will require the successful candidate to manage, administer and develop it further.
You will need to look for improvement opportunities with current initiatives to ensure success on an ongoing basis.
The successful applicant would take over the development of a new suite of instructor training programmes (currently piloting 3 and an additional 3 are at the design and development stage).
Integrating social learning (Unilever are at the start of this journey) into their resources.
Need to look at how to build their own skills through new media approaches.
The academy is an innovative academy rather than a department who stand still.
Must be comfortable managing and dealing with change within a fast paced environment.
External relationships are important.
Gain leverage in relationships to understand what other organisations are doing.
May also work on adhoc projects (individual global events
*Time to Shine.) There will be a handover with the current Curriculum Manager before she moves to another internal role.
Minimal travel is required (less than 10%).
Experience & QualificationProfessional Qualifications:
