Samples Administrator Blackpool Temporary role that could become permanent for the right candidate. and 163 14040 starting salary This is a key role for our client.
The Samples Administrator processes all samples sales orders and distributes these to the customer to ensure their enquiries are supported with product samples.
Each sample order must be accurate and contain the correctproduct for the customer to review, and be received by the customer in the agreed timescale.
Through continual assessment of your activity you will ensure all sample orders are presented for packing with nil issue.
Through your communication skills, you willensure any quality, stock, production or print issues are addressed with your Manager in line with Company Values and Competencies.
Success in this role will primarily be measured on your achievement and attainment of department KPIs.
Job overview To process and pick all orders within set timescales, raising any issues with your line manager.
To highlight jobs which will not be completed to timescales, understand the cause and effect of such inefficiencies and seek solutions.
To complete and adhere to all company process requirements to ensure product is picked and packed in line with Company standards.
Assess efficiency s of the equipment you use within your department raising any maintenance issues via the Maintenance Process.
Ensure all manufactured and purchased stock levels are maintained to department requirements.
Ensure orders are placed to replenish stock levels.
Ensure all discontinued stock is correctly disposed of and new stock lines are accommodated within Samples Department storage facilities.

Role Tasks Use in
    *house package to identify from the Samples Orders report what stock is required to be picked for the day ahead.
Use system to locate stock levels which are unavailable and address these with the Goods Out Supervisor, create a Warehouse Pick to replenish to the required stock levels.
Review the NAV Stock Replenishment System to highlight any stock levels which require further stock product to become available.
Weekly review of the discontinued list within NAV and remove stock as required, additional Management instruction may also be provided.
Weekly inventory count to ensure stationary levels are adequate for the needs of the Samples Department.
Raise a daily online order with Royal Mail for the timely despatch of the sample orders.
Raise DPD consignments for specific delivery options of certain value samples orders.
Answer queries raised by the sales team using e
    *mail and notifications.
Complete a full stock count of all items within samples on a yearly basis to correct any inaccuracies with the inventory of the department.
