Recruitment Advisor Kier Corporate Functions
*Shared Services is looking to recruit aRecruitment Advisor.
Reporting in to the HR Shared Service Recruitment Team Leader the post holder will support the delivery of a comprehensive and proactive recruitment service to the business.
Key Responsibilities Supporting the management of recruitment campaigns for a vast and diverse range of roles throughout the company.
Uploading and advertising vacancies to our in house recruitment system.
Proactively sourcing candidates via the use of databases, CV search websites and LinkedIn.
Producing contracts of employment and offer packs.
Liaising with external recruitment agencies.
Supporting departments wishing to advertise via published media by recommending the most appropriate, industry specific and cost effective means.
Ensuring appropriate authorisation to recruit is in place.
*screening candidates and providing Line Managers with a short list of potential candidates for interview.
Arranging interviews for line managers by informing selected candidates and ensuring full details are provided.
Answer telephone and emails for general enquires.
Key Skills and Qualifications The successful applicant will have previous recruitment experience, ideally within an in
*house recruitment or HR setting.
You must have a flair for writing adverts, searching job boards and networking to generate candidates.
Strong relationship management and communication skills are integral to this role.
A professional friendly manner, commitment, IT literate and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment are essential.
Working pattern The HR Shared Service Centre operates between 08.00 and 18.00 between Monday and Friday.
A 7.5 hour shift pattern is in operation between those hours.
