We provide a range of environments for those who need extra support to live independently, from young people and those with disabilities, to the elderly in extra care schemes.

Night Project Worker:
   Bank Defoe Court, Epsom, Surrey GBP 9.26 per hour (rising to GBP 9.75 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance) Hours as and when required:
   Shifts are from 9pm:

  on accommodation, CQC registered services and floating support.
We specialise in services for young people, homeless families and individuals, people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and people with mental health needs.
Through day:
  day personalised support, we help clients with disabilities and complex needs to achieve good physical and emotional health, improve their wellbeing and quality of life.
We have a great opportunity for a Project Worker with passion and drive to provide support, enabling our clients with a range of complex needs to achieve their potential and live more independently within their community.
You will use your skills to work with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve the best outcome for our clients.
The role of Project Worker will include:
   Regular key working and support planning to ensure relevant support is provided to enable/empower our clients to maximize their own potential and level of independence:
   Assessing clients needs, writing and updating support plans:
   Working with statutory and non:
  statutory agencies on behalf of the clients, actively encouraging choice and involvement, or acting as advocate when required Skills and experiences:
   A sound knowledge of housing management including voids and arrears management and an understanding of occupancy agreements:
   The ability to work on your own initiative as you will be required to source innovative solutions to problems that allow residents independence to be enhanced:
