We currently have project teams on client site and are now seeking a European Project Delivery Manager to work closely as a conduit between on
*site teams, client contacts & the London based leadership teams.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to be the 'go
*to' person & take ownership of project planning & delivery with some fantastic, high profile clients.
The role will involve:
Client Management & Relationships
*ensuring clients are in the loop about progress, challenges & solutions, building up a good relationship & being pro
*working closely with the teams on site, ensuring everyone knows their goals/responsibilities, managing progress, conducting 1
*1's, providing feedback Team Engagement
*ensuring regular dialogue, engagement, communication, information & feedback is properly disseminated to the team & helping maintain a strong working relationship Commercial
*ensuring the right people are notified if sales opportunities become apparent within the client/project & promoting added services when appropriate Sharing Knowledge & Best Practice
*shared best practice/lessons learned, post
*engagement workshops organised with the PMO Reporting
*producing internal & client status reports, and communicating regularly with the relevant Delivery leadership teams, Finance
*being aware of the position (day rate/burn rate/budget remaining & end date, ensuring staff timesheets are correct, review of project invoices, gain client approval when necessary Team Building
*being a key member of the team when it comes to making hires/resourcing decision on programmes under your care
