   AVP Policy and Standard Specialist Internal Outsourcing, London Location:
   London The Internal Outsourcing (IOS) team was recently established to provide global direction, support and control over the management of critical and important services delivered within the Bank to underpin the firm?s Structural Reform agenda.
Its objectives are to:
   Design and build out a comprehensive and robust control environment for internal outsourcing globally, supported by well
    *defined processes and tools Support and govern the internal outsourcing risk and control globally.
This is currently a small team which is delivering on a significant governance agenda including the design of the Internal Outsourcing Centre of Excellence TOM Your Role Developing and maintaining the Internal Outsourcing Policy and Standard in response to business and regulatory requirements.
The identification and remediation of any gaps in the control environment.
Providing support, guidance and reporting to management and the business.
Identification of business and regulatory requirements relating to internal outsourcing Drafting policy and standard documents in response to business and regulatory requirements Supporting the development and management of the control environment for robust, sustainable governance of critical and important services Gap identification and contributing to remediation planning and execution Contributing to high quality Group governance and reporting Trusted advisor; providing good advice and support for the business Join with the team in building and operating the target operating model Essential Skills At least two years experience developing/maintaining policies and control frameworks Demonstrable experience of delivering good quality outputs at pace to deadlines Strong Powerpoint presentation skills Able to demonstrate highly effective verbal and written communication to stakeholders and peers.
Desirable Skills At least two years experience of understanding regulation and implementing, operating or monitoring processes to meet regulatory requirements Good university degree or equivalent qualification.
