Job SummaryWe are recruiting for a paid social media buying professional to join our team working across high profile sports and entertainment accounts.
The role will include placing, monitoring and reporting on media buying activity across Google (YouTube), Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
You?ll be responsible for achieving the best possible value for the client through careful and strategic planning, first

Responsibilities and DutiesMedia BuyingPlacing ads acoss Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter, ensuring each campaign is led based on the quality of the editorial, the KPIs we?re hoping to hit, and the audience we?re hoping to attractWorking closely with the editorial team, suggesting creative content ideas for adsAnalysing data closely and use that information to create campaigns that achieve absolute best value for the clientPlanning/StrategyPulling together strategic multi media recommendations using existing company and client data from past campaignsGenerating media plans based around upcoming events and content calendarAccount ManagementEnsuring that all elements of media campaigns run smoothly and the client is up to date on all activityObtaining media briefs from clients with clearly set objectivesWorking closely with the editorial team to spot opportunities in the upcoming content plan, and to suggest the production of content that you know will perform, based on your experiences of running paid activityEnsuring that all campaign deadlines are hit across all media and campaign expectations are metEnsuring that client is kept up to date with market activities, including competitor activityConfidently presenting media plans/strategy to clientsWorking closely with the wider data and media buying team to share knowledge across the departmentImmersing yourself in the world of sports digital media, understanding trends in the sector and helping to ensure we?re able to deliver sports fans with the content they want, when they want itQualifications and SkillsThe Ideal CandidateYou will live and breathe digital and social media, and be willing to learn about and explore the most creative uses of social media ads within sports and the wider industryYou?ll be a team player, keen to share your knowledge just as much as you?ll be willing to learn from those around youYou?ll be familiar with the ad
*buying platforms and ad formats of all the main social networksStrong written skills are a must, since you will often be crafting the perfect post copy for your adsYou?ll be an expert in analysing media campaigns, and using this analysis to both report back to the client and also to provide future learnings both for your team and the wider businessWe?ll look to you to propose creative media buying strategies that allow us to connect with our target audience and solicit interactions from them ? the two
