My client is a start up service within the Subscription Video On Demand sector (SVOD).
They are undergoing an incredible time of growth and are looking for an experienced marketing analyst to join their team and really help drive the business forward through exceptional audience analytics.
Great office location in the Centre of London thats close to bars, shops and restaurants, with fantastic public transport links; this is not an opportunity you want to miss out on.
This role will work closely with and support both the head of digital marketing and retention manager, to build out CRM measurement capabilities, and understand the key levers required to influence customer behaviour.
Key projects you could be working on include:
Build bespoke dashboards to be able to measure and evaluate CRM campaign performance against subscriber segments 2.
Insight and audience analytics:
Interrogate various datasets including but not limited to:
user viewership, streaming quality, app engagement, etc. to determine consumer behaviours i.e. conversion, churn, engagement.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to test campaigns to drive this behaviour, and benchmark/measure campaign performance. 3.
Measure campaigns impact at driving uplifts in key business metrics including views, shows watched, devices, churn rates, cancellation rates, winback rate, etc. across subscriber segments. 4.
Integrity and QA:
Audit of all existing data systems and structures, running sample SQL queries to test validity of data.
Support product and marketing in ensuring accuracy of customer data models.
The ideal candidate:
You will have a strong background in organizing big data, using data visualisation tools, measuring and benchmarking consumer behaviours, and reporting on key business metrics.
You will need to be a self
*starter and comfortable working independently.
Whist they are part of a wider global organization, my client is very much a start up venture with a small team that has plenty of enthusiasm, drive and energy.
Skills and Experience:
CRM analysis in a consumer facing organization ideally with exposure to subscriber business models.
Entertainment or SVOD experience is a plus.
