About the role This role will sit within the HR Operations team and provide administrative support across a range of HR activities.
HR Operations is responsible for ensuring a variety of HR transactions, services, reports and support is available to the business, both within the UK and Globally.
This role would suit someone with a solid HR background who is ready for a new challenge.
Responsibilities General HR Respond to HR queries on a range of topics including benefits, policies, general HR topics through the HR Inbox Provide administration support with Joiners, Leavers and Amendments of employees Work closely with international HR teams to support with UK HR Maintain employee files on HR Systems, E Files and Hard files Support HR Team Support projects across the HR Function Coordinate and support with administration relating to change programmes and restructures Note taking and drafting correspondence relating to Disciplinary and Grievances Coordinate and support with the delivery of the HR Induction and CEO/HRD Inductions Employee Benefits Provide administration support on the company benefits’ packages, including the Company Pension and Healthcare schemes, SAYE annual launches, Ride2Work, Childcare vouchers and gym membership Provide the necessary notifications to our benefit providers and responding to their requests for information.
Provide advice to employees and managers relating to family leave provisions including maternity/paternity/adoption/shared parental leave and pay and special leave policies Payroll Assist HR Manager with monthly payroll routines and associated HR administration Manage monthly payroll administration; receive and check payroll related paperwork, including starters, leavers, and other payroll amendments Work with departmental administrators and payroll manager to ensure a smooth payroll run every month Prepare fortnightly auto
    *enrolment reports and other benefits reporting and updates to benefits providers as required Update records and reporting using the HRIS system Prepare contracts of employment and other employee related communications Manage employee visa and reference checks Manage applications for employee benefits schemes and updates to our benefits providers, including City Treats, Fitness First & Ride to Work membership applications Assist with the general HR enquiries Recruitment Support managers and Administrators with amending and editing vacancies User Management – create and remove users as required including Hiring Managers and Agency accounts Manage the LinkedIn corporate licence and role advertising On Board New recruits through the system and ensure content is current and updated Audit and maintain active vacancies to ensure closes roles are actions on the system Run reports and create usage data on a regular basis Profile:
