The Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Apprenticeship Manager will be responsible for the continued success and quality of Seetec Apprenticeships and/or Work Place Learning Programmes to meet the requirements of Skills Funding Agency and Awarding organisation standards.
This will include:
   Working with the Operations Manager to ensure SFA contractual compliance and requirements are met at all times, The management and monitoring of a team of Learning and Development Consultants against a set of monthly KPI\\\'s and financial profiles, to ensure the successful delivery and outcomes for each contract within area of responsibility, Production of weekly and monthly performance reports for the Operations Manager, clearly demonstrating and evidencing actuals against profiles, including overall and timely success rates; as well as constructing action plans for areas for improvement, Co
    *ordinating monthly LDC case conferencing meetings within your region as per departmental procedures and record all action planning, Supporting the achievement of contract outcomes through effective caseload management and action planning with LDCs and IQA\\\'s.
Experience of working with apprenticeships or within a work based learning sector with knowledge of a wide range of Frameworks.
Skills & Experience Knowledge of Apprenticeships; SFA funding and QCF.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience of management/co
    *ordination of staff.
Must hold UK Driving Licence and have own transport, must be able to travel to multi
    *site locations.
It is essential that you are used to work independently, and have a strong track record in achieving the highest performance standards, continually improving achievement rates.
NB this role will also require the holder to travel to London on a regular basis, primarily our flagship skills academy in Westfield Stratford.
