Agent Reports to Senior Delivery Agent Area ManagerLocation across the Anglian Water regionKier Utilities is looking to recruit Delivery Agents Agent to work on the Integrated Maintenance and Repair IMR contract throughout the Anglian Water Region.
The successful post
*holders will be responsible for the delivery of schemes safety, to quality, cost effectively and to schedule.

Key Responsibilities Generate revenue and margin in accordance with agreed budgetHelp Prepare and Construction Plans from Pre construction Information and ensure skilled, competent resources are identified and secured to meet the planPlanning of organisations, contract teams, working methods, resources and systems to meet contract requirements and delivery timetableEnsure all processes, procedures are in place to allow contracts to be managed professionally in line with Planned Works structure and performance targets review delivery methodologies so they are the most efficient, effective and provide the best valueImplement and maintain company health, safety, welfare procedures and risk control systems including identification of safety and commercial risks and hazards Key Skills and Qualifications 5 years supervisory or management experience preferredExperienced in CDMExperienced in Temporary WorksExperienced in Working on Large Diameter MainsExperience of working in a and quot real time and quot environmentWorking Knowledge of Highways.
Ability to prioritise and plan resources to achieve performance targetsAbility to motivate operatives to deliver excellent resultsAbility to influence a range of decision makers and stakeholders to achieve excellence in collaboration with others.
