㾿k Our client is a Public Sector Trust whom pride themselves in providing their clients with exceptional customer service.
They are currently seeking to employ a full
*time Administrator to support the Credit Control team.
The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Ledger Manager and Head of Accounting on a daily basis.
Day to day responsiblities include:
*Reconciliation of Customer statements
*To provide a professional communication service both internally and externally within the Agency
*Ensuring that adequate planning processes are adopted and enhanced to promote a professional and expert service
*Offering any administration support to the Credit Control team
*Liaising with Accounts Managers and clients to resolve any credit or admin issues
*Assist the Ledger Manager in reconciling the sales ledger to the nominal Ledger on a monthly basis
*Report into Ledger Manager and Head of Accounting on a quarterly basis
*Assisting with other accountancy related functions Experience/Characteristics Required:
Previous experience in an accounts department Good communication and problem solving abilities Good understanding of the Accounts Receivable functions An intermediate to advanced Excel ability is strongly desirable Ability to communicate with persons of all levels Please do not apply for this role unless you match the specification, only candidates with the relevant skills will be considered.
